Upon entering college, Botan Kamiina moved into a dormitory.
While visiting the Chichibu Shibazakura Festival with her dorm mates, she spotted the dorm president, Ibuki Tonami, sitting alone on a bench, drinking alcohol.
Intrigued by how much Ibuki seemed to be enjoying her highball, Botan said, “I’d like to try that too,” and took her first sip of alcohol.
Having discovered the pleasure of alcohol there, Botan began enjoying various drinks—such as shochu, wine, and whiskey— with her dorm mates, deepening their bonds.
Meanwhile, Ibuki, who had insisted on drinking alone due to a bitter experience in the past, began to spend time with Botan, who drank so cheerfully and seemed to enjoy it so much, that she started to think she wanted to drink with her too…
